How do I drop off and pick up my child?

We respectfully request that parents park their cars and escort their child into our facility for check-in. Additionally, parents need to come inside to pick up their children. Please make sure that the person picking up the child is on the approved pickup list when you register. This helps us keep track of our campers and keep them safe.

How old does my child have to be to attend?

We offer camps for children ages 6-14.

My child had a great time at camp and wants to come back. Will classes be exactly the same?

We offer a variety of classes so that our campers can return and receive a different set of learning experience in different weeks. We will always tailor our program to satisfy a camper’s needs within our scope of program so that campers will always learn new things and have fun while learning.

My child is not particularly fond of science. Can he/she still have fun at your camp?

Our programs and sessions are learning-outcome driven and designed such that campers will experience creativity and exposure to hands-on experience. Our campers will always receive an exceptional educational experience full of fun.

What is the last day I can register for the camp?

Camp registrations are open through the weekend prior to the beginning of the track as long as seats are available.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellation can be made in person along with your receipt. Refunds of 90%, 50% and 25% are available up to three, two and one week(s) respectively before the start of the camp.

What if my child has an allergy?

Please make note of any allergies/ health issues in the Registration form. Safety is of primary concern for BioMedTrack and we can best help to keep your child safe when we are aware of any allergies and other health conditions.

Can I watch my kid’s class all day?

BioMedTrack generally does not encourage parental observation and involvement during our camp session. We want kids to be comfortable and free of parental presence while they are engaged in learning, creating and discovering the fun of science. However, if you are interested in viewing our camps in action, we will be happy to organize a brief tour for you. Please let us know in advance.

Do kids have access to a refrigerator to store meals or medications?

BioMedTrack does not provide refrigeration for lunches from home and cannot store any medication that needs to be refrigerated. Please make sure lunches and drinks are clearly labeled with the camper’s name.

What if my kid is sick or unable to attend?

In the event that your kid will miss a day of camp, an email or phone call would be helpful to our planning. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds due to missed days for any reason. We do recommend regular attendance as some of our projects and classes involve multi-day activity.

How do you differentiate campers’ learning?

We split the kids into small groups based on their age and skill level. Our experienced instructors will be able to easily tailor the classes to make them age-appropriate.
